I think I was a bit too optimistic, as I have a feeling we won't have an answer for a long time. That is just a guess, but wouldn't you think that the FCC would have been thinking about this while the Justice Dept was debating it? I mean, I know it was only nine months, but you would think they might have it sorted out by now.

The Department of Justice approved the merger between Sirius and XM! This is great news to not only the stock holders, but to consumers who will soon be able to get everything satellite radio has to offer in terms of talent and programming. This has been a long and difficult road. Unfortunately, the FCC still has to approve the deal, and everyone knows how much the FCC likes Howard Stern!
